New Year, New Projects! KEYTOP USA installed their camera-based Parking Guidance Systems at the DoubleTree Hotel located in Greenway Plaza. The garage’s 180 parking spaces are now covered by 64 PGS cameras including 15 6-1 cameras. Each one of these units covers 6 parking spaces a piece. KEYTOP USA also upgraded the DoubleTree’s entry and exit systems with their License Plate Recognition technology. KEYTOP USA’s LPR system helps improve billing, blacklisting or whitelisting vehicles, identifying problematic vehicles and more while the PGS guides drivers to the nearest spot as quickly as possible. Combined, these systems enhance the parking experience for customers and employees at the DoubleTree Hotel. The DoubleTree Hotel is the first location in the United States that combines KEYTOP USA’s Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems and Parking Guidance Systems. The system leverages LPR technology with conventional parking tickets and RFID cards to enable parking operators the ability to identify vehicles entering, using and exiting the facility.
